You've made the team... now what?

Congratulations! You've made the team!
But...
NOW WHAT?

Here are some simple workout tips you should be doing.


  • You should be running 3 days a week. A mile a day. The first day of practice you will be running a mile and we will time you. When preseason starts you will do it again. And you'll be amazed how different those times will be!
  • Drink a lot of water. When you come to practice make sure you have drank at least a quarter of your body weight in ounces. You should be drinking half, but I know that's difficult. Start with a quarter (If you are 120lbs, you should drink 30oz to start) and move up from there. This will help with sore muscles too.
  • Practice your cheers. They're located under the cheer videos tab!
  • Workout! You don't want to die those first couple weeks of practice. You're going to be sore, yes. But champions are made in the off season. If you want to look good at the first game you will have to be built like an athlete.
